Account Manager

As an Account manager Sabine supports a range of different sector clients achieve impact in their public affairs campaigns, improve their media relations and better manage their reputation.

Sabine joined PLMR in 2018 and has since secured coverage in client’s target publications, organised meetings with ministers and MPs, as well as given strategic campaigns and crisis management advice. She is also one of PLMR’s Brexit and parliamentary procedure experts.

Prior to joining PLMR, Sabine was a Senior Political Consultant to 50 clients at Dods’ UK Monitoring. With a specialism in immigration/home affairs, rights, justice and employment, she was tracking legislation, advising on engagement opportunities and supporting public affairs campaigns. In this role she frequently wrote for PoliticsHome and the HOUSE, Parliament’s magazine.

Before that she worked at the Restorative Justice Council (RJC), a national criminal justice charity, managing stakeholder engagement, event management and public affairs programmes; and led marketing and communications at one of the top ten teacher training universities, organising large scale Open Days as well as supporting B2B consultancy services for the research directorate.

Sabine has an MA in International relations and European studies and – being multinational – has lived, studied and worked in Belgium (Brussels), France and Germany. This included working for one of the German Representation Offices to the EU scrutinising and analysing EU legislation and an ERASMUS Semester at the ‘Sciences Po’ Institut d’études politiques de Bordeaux.
