Charlotte joined PLMR as an Account Executive in August 2018, working across public affairs, media relations and communications, providing support to clients including those in the education and health and social care sectors.
Prior to joining PLMR, Charlotte worked for Ruth Cadbury, the Labour MP for Brentford and Isleworth, and was one of the core team that increased her majority by over 12,000 during the 2017 General Election.
During her time working for Ruth, she was a key point of contact in the Shadow Housing team. This included preparing briefings on a variety of issues related to housing and skills, and attending meetings with and building up a contact base of national and regional stakeholders. Charlotte also undertook casework, providing advice and information to constituents on issues as diverse as housing, immigration, welfare, education and the environment.
Charlotte has worked as a Graduate Researcher for the Centre for Urban and Community Research based at Goldsmiths, University of London, from where she holds an MA (Distinction) in the sociology of the built environment. She also holds a BA (First Class Honours) in Politics from Queen Mary, University of London and whilst there was awarded the David Black Prize.
She is a member of the Labour Party and her work has been published in Novara Media and Consented Magazine.
