As an Account Manager, Zoë provides public affairs and media relations counsel for a variety of projects, working with organisations across the equestrian sector, in health & social care, sport and leisure, education and the third sector.
Zoe works closely with leading organisations in horseracing on a cross-industry campaign to promote the equine welfare throughout the sport. She also provides reputational management advice to the UK’s third largest residential care provider and communications support to a leading sight loss charity. Zoe has worked on award-winning campaigns, securing the future of state-funded social care through a campaign with Care England in 2015, and securing a bingo duty cut of 50% in the 2014 Budget, saving the Bingo industry £30m per year.
Zoe has long been active in the Conservative Party and was the Conservative Future Representative for the Mid-Dorset and North Poole Conservatives between 2012 and 2014. She was the Deputy Chairman and Secretary of the Southampton University Conservative Association (SUCA) and ran for Conservative councillor for Corfe Mullen Central in the 2011 local elections in Dorset.
Prior to joining PLMR, Zoe interned at Conor Burns MP’s House of Commons office and shadowed him in his Bournemouth West constituency. Zoe also assisted prospective parliamentary candidate, Nick King, in the early stages of the 2010 election campaign in Dorset.
Zoe completed her degree at the University of Southampton, graduating with First Class Honours in BA Modern History & Politics.
Zoe has been shortlisted for the 2014 Douglas Smith Prize for Young Public Affairs Practitioner.
