Jessica joined PLMR in 2011, before which she was Senior Cultural Policy Advisor at the Canadian Conference of the Arts. Jessica oversaw research and public affairs initiatives in the creative industries sector, which included: developing media campaigns, training clients for Select Committees and producing public awareness events for a range of stakeholders in the arts, culture, and heritage sectors.
She has consulted on projects in the policy-making process addressing telecommunications regulation, intellectual property legislation, and has prepared briefs for the Parliamentary budget cycle. As part of her role Jessica also managed youth development programs in partnership with the European Commission, The Embassy of the United States of America, and the Government of Canada.
Previously, Jessica held a graduate fellowship at the Getty Center in Los Angeles, where she coordinated the funding for international grants. She is a member of the Youth Advisory Group to UNESCO and has been an associate to consulting firm Nordicity Group.
Graduating from McGill University with a BA in Political Studies and History of Art, Jessica also holds an MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art.
